Following on from the decision of Croydon Council to withdraw their offer to consider leasing Ashburton Playing Fields to the Trust to build a new training ground, the Trust are pressing ahead with an intensive trawl of other suitable sites.

We are looking for approximately 11 acres, to include just over 10 acres of open space, for pitches and other activities, and about 1 acre for a building. The site needs to be within a few miles of SE25, and ideally have good transport links.

If you have any suggestions, please contact the project manager via this link.

In the meantime, the Trust is pressing ahead with a tender process to commission architects to carry forward the work undertaken in the feasibility study.
